James Kogut has been tremendously helpful (and patient) in my search for a decent, affordable 1BR in Manhattan. Over a rather hectic, 2-week period, he showed me about 10 places, and on the last day, we hit the jackpot with four viable options, one of which was a clear winner. It was REALLY difficult to let that one go, but I ultimately decided to look for a place in Astoria, as I simply couldn't afford an apartment in Manhattan in my preferred neighborhoods. But James and his colleague, Jason, certainly ran the gamut of the options I DID have. I would highly recommend James at Bond New York to assist with your hunt. He was highly communicative, patient, willing to run all over town (and learn new areas!), and always available for questions. Young, energetic and clearly loving his job, I think you'll be happy if you choose James and his team.
